Current accessibility support
- Semantic headings, landmarks, form labels, and keyboard-visible focus across the web application.
- Keyboard navigation and a direct skip link for moving into the main workspace.
- Responsive layouts and larger touch targets for phone and tablet workflows.
- Text that follows browser zoom and iOS Dynamic Type where system text styles are used.
- VoiceOver labels for primary native navigation, map controls, calendar actions, and field-work controls.
- Reduced-motion behavior for decorative movement when the device preference is enabled.
- Status information communicated with text and symbols instead of color alone.
Supported workflows
Job Fleet prioritizes accessible sign-in, scheduling, job details, customer records, time tracking, document scanning, invoicing, account privacy, and support. Some map, drag-and-drop, signature, camera, and payment-reader workflows also provide a button, list, or form-based alternative where the platform allows it.
Known limitations
Complex maps, visual document edge detection, handwritten signatures, and third-party payment or authentication screens can vary by device and provider. We continue testing the most important workflows with keyboard navigation, screen readers, text scaling, reduced motion, and high-contrast settings.
Report an accessibility barrier
Tell us what you were trying to do, the page or screen involved, your device, and the assistive technology you use. Do not include passwords or complete payment information.
Contact support@jobfleetpro.com or submit a request through Job Fleet Support. We review accessibility reports as product issues and will provide a practical alternative when one is available.
Standards
Our ongoing target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the web experience and Apple platform accessibility guidance for the native iOS application. This statement describes current product intent and support; it is not a certification by a third party.
