Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Job Fleet handles account, customer, field-service, location, device, payment, and support information across our web and iOS services.

Kingdom Turnover LLC ("Kingdom Turnover," "we," "us," or "our") operates Job Fleet, a field-service management platform for businesses and their teams. This Privacy Policy applies to the Job Fleet website, web application, iOS application, customer portal, and support services (collectively, the "Services").

A business or other organization that creates a Job Fleet workspace (the "Customer Organization") controls the business records its authorized users place in that workspace. We process those records to provide the Services to the Customer Organization. Customer Organizations are responsible for their own privacy notices and for having a lawful basis to collect information about their customers, workers, and other individuals.

Information we collect

Account, profile, and organization information

We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, authentication records, profile details, roles, permissions, invitations, and account preferences. For Customer Organizations, we also collect business names, contact details, service address, industry, time zone, tax and invoice settings, subscription plan, and workspace configuration.

Contacts, properties, and job data

Authorized users may provide customer and contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and service addresses, property access instructions, equipment and asset details, service history, job descriptions, schedules, routes, assignments, status updates, checklists, notes, estimates, invoices, taxes, payment records, and related field-service records.

Photos, documents, scans, and signatures

We collect content that users choose to save or upload, including job photos, receipts, documents, equipment labels, PDFs, filenames, file metadata, notes, and customer signatures. Camera and photo-library access is requested only through device permission controls. Document edge detection and image cleanup may occur on the device before the finished file is uploaded.

Time clock and job-site location

With iOS location permission, Job Fleet requests the device's approximate or precise location when a user clocks in and clocks out. The saved shift record may include the coordinates and time of each event so the Customer Organization can verify job-site timekeeping. Job and property addresses may also be converted to map coordinates for scheduling, dispatch, maps, and directions.

Job Fleet uses the iOS "When In Use" permission and does not continuously collect location in the background. A user can deny or later revoke location access in iOS Settings, although time-clock verification and location-based features may then be limited. Workspace administrators and other authorized users may be able to view time and location records for their team.

Device, network, and push notification data

We may receive IP address, browser or device type, operating system and app version, language, time zone, session identifiers, requested page, and server or security logs. If a user enables push notifications, we collect an Apple push token, platform and app environment, bundle identifier, an app-specific device identifier, and last-seen time so we can address and maintain notifications. Users can change notification permission in device settings.

Payments and subscriptions

Payment processors and app marketplaces handle payment-card, bank-account, and billing credentials. We do not receive complete card or bank-account numbers. We may receive and retain transaction amount, currency, date, payment status, method category, limited references such as card brand or last four digits, processor identifiers, refund or dispute status, subscription plan, and renewal status. Customer payments collected for a Customer Organization are also subject to that organization's terms and privacy practices.

Messages and support

We process team messages, alerts, customer email or SMS content, recipients, delivery status, and related job or customer references when those features are used. Support requests may include the requester's name, email, company, message, affected page, device or browser information, ticket status, and our replies. Please do not send passwords or complete payment credentials through messages or support.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from a Customer Organization or its administrators, other authorized users, customers using a Job Fleet portal or signature flow, payment and communications providers, Apple, and integrations enabled by the Customer Organization.

How we use information

  • Provide accounts, workspaces, scheduling, dispatch, maps, timekeeping, job execution, customer management, estimates, invoices, payments, reporting, documents, and communications.
  • Authenticate users, enforce organization and role boundaries, maintain sessions, and protect accounts and the Services.
  • Process uploads, customer approvals and signatures, messages, support requests, subscriptions, and payment status.
  • Send service, security, billing, job, team, and push notifications selected by a user or Customer Organization.
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, prevent fraud and misuse, and improve the Services.
  • Comply with law and respond to tax, accounting, payment-dispute, audit, security, and regulatory obligations.

How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

  • Customer Organizations and authorized users. Workspace information is available to the organization and users according to their assigned roles. Administrators may manage accounts and access team, job, time, location, and communication records.
  • Service providers. We use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, private file storage, maps, email, SMS, push notifications, payment processing, customer support, security, and requested AI features. They process information under their own contracts and privacy obligations.
  • Customer-directed integrations. We send information to an integration or recipient when an authorized user enables that integration or requests the transfer.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our agreements.
  • Business transactions. Information may be disclosed as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and Job Fleet does not serve targeted advertising.

AI features

When an authorized user deliberately uses an AI feature, Job Fleet may send the prompt and the limited workspace context needed to answer it to an AI service provider. Depending on the request, that context can include job, customer, property, invoice, or message information. AI features are optional, and users should submit only information their Customer Organization is authorized to process.

Cookies and local storage

The web Services use cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and core product operation. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working. We do not use advertising cookies to build profiles for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the Services and for the Customer Organization's legitimate business operations. Job, property, invoice, payment, communication, signature, time, and location records generally remain until the Customer Organization deletes them or the workspace is deleted. Support, security, transaction, and audit records may be kept for a reasonable period to resolve requests, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute obligations.

Users can initiate account deletion from Settings in the web application or Account & Privacy in the iOS app. In-product requests are scheduled for completion within seven days. A sole workspace owner's request also schedules the workspace for deletion. When a team member leaves a workspace, their sign-in account and profile can be deleted or anonymized while operational records the Customer Organization must retain remain attributed in a limited form. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups until routine rotation or longer where law requires it.

See the account deletion instructions for the in-product steps and important information about workspace ownership. Deleting the iOS app does not delete an account or cancel a subscription.

Your choices and privacy rights

  • Review and update profile and permitted workspace information in Job Fleet.
  • Control camera, photo-library, location, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
  • Use available workspace export tools or ask the Customer Organization's administrator for an export.
  • Request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information by using in-product controls or contacting us.
  • Where applicable, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of a sale or targeted-advertising share, or appeal a denied privacy request. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

We may need to verify a requester's identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.

For personal information controlled by a Customer Organization, such as an employer's job or timekeeping records, please contact that organization first. We will assist the organization with verified requests as required by our obligations and applicable law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including organization-scoped access controls, private storage paths, encrypted network connections, and iOS file protection for supported offline data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so users and Customer Organizations should also protect credentials, devices, roles, and exports.

International processing

Job Fleet is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

Children

Job Fleet is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services or law change. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice through the Services or account contact information when a material change requires it.
